A remarkable Australian whiskey from Adelaide Hills Distillery. Better known for their gin, the South Australian distillery have turned their considerable talents to producing a superb whiskey. Entirely traceable, this whiskey uses locally sourced grain, and is aged in hand selected wine casks. In all, six different styles of malt are used for this dram: Biscuit, Supernova, Redback, Toffee, Crystal and Chocolate.
